Accruals module in UKG/Workforce Dimensions deals with Time-off policies of different companies. We need to create different accrual policies in Dimensions to accommodate various kinds of requirements such as what amount of time(hours/days) is going to be granted, what are earnings limits, carryover limits etc. An Accrual profile consists of different building blocks which individually cater specific needs. Below are the blocks that essentially make up an accrual profile. We work our way UP on these blocks to finally create an Accrual profile and assign to a group of Employees that need to be granted the Time Offs.
